User and machine authentication occurs prior to the system booting. Authentication can be password only but SafeBoot Enterprise also supports two-factor pre-boot authentication, using a UBS eToken technology. |
PC and PDA security :
SafeBoot security software prevents data stored on a PC's hard disk or on a PDA from being accessed or read by an unauthorised person. |
Powerful encryption :
For all supported devices, SafeBoot encrypts the data with very strong and proven algorithms like RC5-1024 and AES-256. Encryption and decryption is done transparently and on the fly with virtually no performance loss. |
